All business transactions with me have to be concluded with Transformal GmbH, whose managing director and sole share holder is me. My choice of this legal form shall meet the demands of specific customers.

• Business corporations in Germany have to perform double bookkeeping, as opposed to sole traders or freelancers. In addition, customers can read annual financial statements.
• The limitation of liability is not a motiv of my choice of this legal form. Since I am also the sole share holder, de facto I am personally liable for all liabilities of Transformal GmbH.
